Svet Zdravia, an operator of a hospital network in Slovakia, employed a gamification approach to invite doctors and nurses to apply for a position at their new hospital and also to promote it amongst the general public. By customizing different situations in the game, they eliminated apprehensions about the hospital. Simultaneously, the game also provided immediate positive feedback, which produced a sense of comfort and made the gamers feel like a good fit for the hospital, nudging them to apply.
