Oliver Simko is the founder and lead designer at Luducrafts, where he focuses on building custom gamification solutions. With more than 90 projects built for clients, including Sygic, Microsoft, Telekom, or Erste Group, Luducrafts established itself as one of the leading gamification agencies in Central Europe.
Having kicked off his career as a gamification designer back in 2014 as an intern in Silicon Valley’s startup Enterprise Gamification Consultancy, Oliver continues his mission to create a more engaged world by changing how people learn, build new habits, onboard to companies and become active citizens.
Last few years, as a part of his CSR commitment, Oliver organised a series of hackathons, focused on developing serious games that can be freely used by teachers.
He is an avid reader, audiophile, loves to cook, and when no one is watching, produces obscure electronic music, and rides a bike through Carpathian forests.
