01Can I upgrade or downgrade
at any time?
You can upgrade at any time and your membership level will change right away. Reversely, you can downgrade anytime, but your membership level will be changed at the next renewal date.

02How can I get a refund in the first 14 days?
During the first 14 days you can ask for a refund by simply writing to us at info@insidebe.com. Please make sure that you do so with the same email address as you used when registering for a membership. After the refund is sent, you will lose access to all premium content at InsideBE. Refunds are not available for plans with trial periods.

03What do I do if my card payment hasn’t gone through? There are other options.
If your payment didn’t go through, just contact us via chat or send us an e-mail at info@insidebe.com and we’ll process your payment via PayPal or another convenient payment method.

04How can I cancel my
membership?
At the end of the renewal period, you will receive an email before the end of the payment period, allowing you to decide. Or log in to your account and slide the toggle auto-renew off from the Subscriptions menu item.

05How long are your
contracts?
InsideBE plans are paid Monthly or Anually.

06How do I unlock an
article?
If you bought a membership, make sure you are logged in. Please note, Premium content is only available to Premium members. If you have Basic membership, you’ll need to upgrade your subscription to access Premium content such as InsideBE TV or online courses.

07Can I download
content?
InsideBE is an online platform, so you can access content while on the internet, on any device. While on the platform, you can find how-to guides and reports in downloadable PDF documents.
